When do cohorts run?
Cohorts run twice per year in 4-month cycles: Cycle 1 (January-April) and Cycle 2 (August-November). Each cycle includes all programs sequentially (F.I.R.S.T., P.A.U.S.E., T.I.M.E.D.). Enrollment opens approximately 4 weeks before each cycle begins.
Can I join just one cohort or do I need the full pathway?
A: You can join any single cohort at your current stage. Individual cohorts are standalone experiences. The Full Pathway Bundle is available for those who want all sequential programs at a discount, but it’s optional.
What's the time commitment for cohorts?
Content weeks (1 & 3): 2-2.5 hours for live sessions plus 3-4 hours implementation work. Implementation weeks (2 & 4): 4-6 hours self-directed work with peer support. Total: 6-8 hours per week for 4 weeks per cohort.
What if I miss a live session?
All sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours to current cohort participants. However, you’ll get maximum value from attending live for real-time Q&A and peer interaction. Recordings are accessible during the cohort only (not lifetime).
How is the waitlist different from enrollment?
The waitlist captures your interest and notifies you when enrollment opens. Enrollment is when you actually purchase your cohort spot. Waitlist signup is free, doesn’t commit you to enrolling, and ensures you don’t miss enrollment windows.
Are there prerequisites for each cohort?

Can I upgrade from DIY to Cohort?
Yes! If you’ve purchased a DIY program, you can apply that purchase price toward the corresponding cohort, paying only the difference. Contact us before cohort enrollment closes to arrange the upgrade. This allows you to start with DIY immediately and upgrade later if you want the cohort experience.
What if I can't complete a cohort in 4 weeks?
The DIY materials remain accessible for review, but live cohort support ends after Week 4. If you need more time or personalized support, consider Strategic Coaching or rejoining the same cohort in the next cycle (with credit for your original purchase applied).
Is there a refund policy?
All cohort enrollments are final. We use PathSelector™ Assessment before enrollment to ensure right fit. If you proceed against assessment recommendations, refunds aren’t available for fit issues. Exception: If cohort is cancelled or not delivered as promised, full refunds provided.
What's the cohort size?
