PathFinder™ Blueprint · Available after your ProfitPath™ or PathEval™ diagnostic

Turn your findings into a plan you can run with.

PathFinder™ finds the right path for your business, based on where you are, what you’re doing and what’s around you. Sometimes that’s the path you’re already on. Sometimes your diagnostic shows a path with less resistance. Either way, it defines that path and maps what to expect along the way, written so you can run it yourself or hand it to someone who will.

Available to ProfitPath™ and PathEval™ clients within 90 days of your diagnostic. Haven’t done one yet? Start with a diagnostic.

For people who want the route mapped, then want to drive

  • You’re a self-implementer and want a clear, sequenced plan rather than ongoing support.
  • You have a team member, contractor or vendor ready to execute, and they need a clear brief.
  • The timing or budget isn’t right for coaching, but you want to keep moving.

Your plan, built from your Snapshot

A 3–5 stage implementation plan

What happens in each stage, what it depends on, and what “done” looks like before you move to the next.

Priorities and sequence

What to do first, what to hold, and why.

What to expect along the way

The milestones to watch for and the obstacles likely at each stage, so nothing catches you off guard.

Written delivery within 5 business days

If anything is unclear, you can send one round of questions by email within 14 days.

Not included

Calls, making the changes for you, or writing finished copy. If you want someone alongside you while you implement, that’s what Strategic Coaching is for.

What a PathFinder™ plan looks like

From an actual PathFinder™ plan

A fashion-industry veteran, nine months into a studio teaching technical fashion skills to teens, had deep expertise and one revenue stream. Her plan mapped three stages: Solidify the course, Prove it with a live student-run line, and Pitch it through her industry network. Along the way, one teaching idea became five or more revenue streams, from tuition to internships, retail and collaborations.

Measured at delivery. No post-delivery results are claimed.

If you decide you want support later

Keep your options open.

You can run with your plan entirely on your own, and the door stays open if you change your mind. Your $297 counts toward Strategic Coaching if you start within 30 days of receiving your plan.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a diagnostic first?

Yes. PathFinder™ is built from your diagnostic findings. Without them, it would be one more generic plan, which is exactly what it’s designed to replace.

Is there a call?

No. PathFinder™ is delivered in writing, with one round of follow-up questions by email. If you want someone alongside you as you implement, that’s what Strategic Coaching is for.

How is this different from PathMaker™?

PathFinder™ finds the right path for your business and maps what to expect along the way. PathMaker™ creates something new to travel it with: a named framework and a playbook you own.

Can I hand this to my team or a vendor?

Yes. It’s written to be handed off.
