How I Help You
This program gives you worksheets and questions—not rules to follow. Each week, you answer questions about yourself and your ideas. The answers help you see which business idea makes the most sense for your life right now.
I’m not going to tell you exactly what to do. That doesn’t work because everyone’s situation is different. Instead, I’ll help you figure out what works for YOU based on your time, money, skills, and what people actually need.
Weeks 1-2: Understand What You Can Handle
Week 1 helps you get honest about your time, money, and family situation. You’ll figure out how much you can really commit to a business right now—not what you wish you could do, but what’s realistic.
Week 2 is about knowing yourself. What are you naturally good at? What do you enjoy doing? What drains your energy? You’ll match these answers to your business ideas so you pick something that fits how you work.
Weeks 3-4: Pick and Test Your Idea
Week 3 is where you compare all your business ideas side by side. You’ll score each one based on simple questions: Do people need this? Can I actually do this? Does this fit my life? Then you pick your top idea.
Week 4 is about making sure your idea will work. You’ll talk to 5-10 people who might buy from you. Ask them questions. See if they actually want what you’re planning to sell. By the end, you’ll know if your idea is good or if you need to go back to the drawing board.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much time do I need each week?
About 3-5 hours. You’ll fill out worksheets, answer questions about yourself, and (in Week 4) talk to some potential customers. You can work at your own speed.
Will this work for my type of business?
Yes. It doesn’t matter if you want to coach, consult, sell products, or start a service business. The questions work for any type of business.
What happens after I finish?
Most people are ready to start building their business model (that’s my F.I.R.S.T. program). Some need more time to test their idea. We’ll help you figure out what makes sense for you.
Do I need special tools or software?
Nope. You get worksheets you can print or fill out on your computer. Use whatever you already have—Word, Google Docs, even just pen and paper.
