You have more proof than you think. It just isn’t written down yet.
Years of results. Hard moments you handled well. People who would vouch for you. Most of it lives in your memory, not where your customers can see it. Trust360™ finds those stories and turns them into case studies and testimonials that help people believe what you do is possible, for them.
Available to ProfitPath™ and PathEval™ clients within 90 days of your diagnostic. Haven’t done one yet? Start with a diagnostic.
First, you may not need this.
If your diagnostic showed you already have strong proof and just need to use it, take the findings and go. That’s a good outcome. Trust360™ is for when the proof exists but isn’t written down, or isn’t in front of the people who need to see it.
For people whose experience is bigger than their track record
- You’re starting something new, but you’ve been doing this work for years somewhere else.
- People like what you say, but there’s nothing to show them it’s worked before.
- Your best stories come out in conversation, then disappear.
- You don’t ask for testimonials, or you ask and get “You were great!”
Once people see it, they can’t unsee it.
Proof is what moves someone from “it is what it is” to “maybe there’s a better way,” and from there to “could it work for me?” Each step needs a different kind of proof:
Trust360™ builds that proof from what you’ve already done. It’s the evidence behind every step of the Foregone Conclusion Framework™. See all five steps on the ConvertPath™ page.
Your proof, drafted and ready to use
Questions that surface the stories you’ve overlooked. I review your answers and pick the strongest.
Built from your own experience, in a format made to be used: what happened, what was said and what went unsaid, what you did, what changed, what it proves, who it speaks to, and where to use it.
When to ask, what to ask so you get more than “You were great,” and where to use what you get.
Each case study notes whether it’s anonymized and who needs to approve it before it’s shared.
Delivered in writing within 7–10 business days of having what I need. Send one round of changes on each case study before your walkthrough call, which is the final step.
Updating your website or pages, writing page copy, designing or laying out materials such as speaker sheets or one-pagers, publishing, or collecting testimonials on your behalf.
What Trust360™ looks like
A speaker launching a 12-week faith study had three founding sign-ups and years of leadership experience in high-pressure workplaces, but no case studies. Her Case Study Finder surfaced three stories she had told for years without seeing them as proof: a client questioning an invoice, a heated call she calmed with the records to back her up, and a moment she gave a colleague permission to pause. Each became a case study pointed at a specific audience, and she left with a testimonial habit for every talk.
Measured at delivery. No post-delivery results are claimed.

How it works
After your Snapshot, on your walkthrough call, or any time within 90 days.
A short set of questions to surface your stories. If one needs more detail, I’ll follow up.
Counted from when I have your answers. Review them and send one round of changes on each before your walkthrough.
The walkthrough call is the final step. Changes after the call can be quoted separately.
Use them yourself, pair them with ConvertPath™, work through it together with Strategic Coaching, or stop there.
Trust360™ and ConvertPath™
Trust360™ builds what people see: the stories and testimonials that make each step believable. ConvertPath™ decides when and where they see it, and what comes next. Your diagnostic will show whether you need one, the other, or both.
Every step has an exit.
Trust360™ is a milestone, not a commitment to more. When it’s done, you can use your case studies on your own, hand them to your team, keep working together, or stop there.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a diagnostic first?
Yes. Trust360™ is built from your diagnostic findings. The diagnostic also shows whether proof is what’s missing, or whether you need something else.
I’m just starting out. What proof could I have?
More than you think. Proof doesn’t have to come from this business. Years in a previous role, problems you’ve solved, and hard moments you handled well all count. Trust360™ was built for exactly this.
Will you update my website or write my pages?
No. You get the case studies, the routine, and a note on where each one fits. Putting them on your pages is for you or your team.
Can I get a polished case study for my website?
Yes. Trust360™ case studies are written to be used in content, talks and conversations. A polished, publish-ready version, like the ones in my own case studies, can be added for any of them and is quoted separately.
What if a story involves other people?
We leave out names and anything that could identify them, and each case study notes who needs to approve it before it’s shared.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Send one round of changes on each case study before your walkthrough call. The call is the final step; changes after it can be quoted separately.
Why does it take 7–10 business days?
Because your case studies are built from your stories, not filled in from a template. The clock starts once I have your answers.
Turn what you’ve done into proof.
